Não, o Barco Casa não navega, está fundeado ao largo da praia da Barra Velha durante o Verão e daí não se move. Existe junto ao Barco Casa, um semi rígido para deslocações dos hóspedes até à praia mais próxima.

O horário de check-in e check out de Abril a Outubro será facultado por nós e tem base no ciclo natural de marés. Tem que ser respeitado, caso contrário, e devido ao ciclo de marés não conseguiremos chegar ao Barco Casa para fazer o check-in. É uma questão que não podemos contornar.

The kitchen of the Houseboat is equipped with a refrigerator (50 liters, with a freezer drawer), a microwave (which can be used for a maximum of 2 consecutive minutes, with a total maximum of 5 minutes per day; only during the day and never in defrost mode), a coffee machine, cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, and pans. For cooking, there is a small gas stove with one burner.

The Houseboat does not support electrical appliances that are not part of its inventory. The use of toasters, grills, electric plates, hairdryers, or other electrical appliances is prohibited.

Próximo ao barco casa, durante o Verão, só encontrará uma praia deserta, sem qualquer café ou restaurante. A localidade mais próxima é mesmo a vila da Fuzeta, que se encontra a 10 minutos de distância de barco.

Durante o Verão, o transporte dos hóspedes do Barco Casa no check in e no check out estão incluídos na tarifa diária. Deslocações de outra natureza, só podem ser realizadas respeitando o ciclo de marés, pelo que devem ser solicitadas previamente, e têm um custo adicional de 20€(ida) ou 30€(ida e volta) no período das 9h às 18h.
