RESERVATION
The confirmation and acceptance of your reservation is subject to a deposit of 100% of the total amount of your fare until 48 hours after the booking. A proof of payment must be sent to info@barcocasa.pt to expedite the process.
Documentation: The necessary documents and information will be requested with the payment.
Any bank charges will be paid by the guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the reservation is cancelled until 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit already paid is returned, not being charged any penalty.
In the case of a cancellation after that date, the remaining amount of the reservation will be charged, being penalized in 100% of the value of the reservation.
