Blue Lagoon Houseboat
Come sleep with the stars, dive into turquoise waters and sunbathe on a desert island.
This houseboat is an ecological sailing catamaran and includes four suites, two on the port side and two on the starboard side, all with double beds and a private bathroom with shower. There are two more bedrooms with single beds that can be entered from outside the boat, and a service bathroom with shower. It can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
Guests can use the kitchen, equipped with a cooker, microwave and fridge, to prepare meals. The boat has an indoor and outdoor living and dining area.
On the upper deck there is an outdoor terrace, a shaded lounge area and a solarium. Outside at the bow there are two hammocks where guests can relax.
The boat has access ladders at the stern and a small semi-rigid rowing boat for travelling to the deserted beaches 100 metres from the boat.

Can I pay by card?
No, payments must be made in full by bank transfer within 48 hours of making the booking. Otherwise, your booking will automatically be cancelled.
Can I pay in cash?
No. The only payment that must be made in cash is the security deposit, at check-in (€100, returned at check-out).
Is it possible to exceed the Boat's capacity?
No, because of the licences relating to the capacity associated with the accommodation.
Is there hot water?
Yes, using the EcoFriendly concept, there is a tank where the water is heated by solar energy.
What is the capacity of the Blue Lagoon boat?
The boat has capacity for 10 adults with four double beds and two single beds.
Is the "Menu" service always available?
Our Menus are available when booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed on board the Houseboat, even for safety reasons for the animal itself.
Can I sail the Houseboat wherever I want?
No, the Houseboat doesn’t sail, it’s anchored off Barra Velha beach and doesn’t move from there. There is a semi-rigid boat next to the houseboat to take guests to the nearest beach.
Can I check in / check out whenever I want?
The check-in and check-out times will be provided by us and are based on the natural tidal cycle. It has to be respected, otherwise, due to the tidal cycle, we won’t be able to get to the Houseboat to check in. It’s an issue we can’t get round.
Is there a car park near the check-in point?

What equipment do I have in the Barco Casa kitchen?
The Barco Casa kitchen has a fridge (300 litres, with a freezer drawer), a microwave (which you can use for a maximum of 2 minutes at a time, for a total maximum of 5 minutes a day; only during the day and never in defrost mode), a coffee machine, cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans. A two-burner gas hob is available for cooking.
You can charge your mobile phone on board during the day.
The Houseboat does not support electrical appliances that are not part of its inventory. The use of toasters, toaster ovens, grills, electric hobs, hairdryers or other electrical appliances is prohibited.
What can I find near Barco Casa?
All you’ll find near the houseboat is a deserted beach with no cafés or restaurants. The nearest town is Fuzeta, which is 10 minutes away by boat.
During my stay, can I go to Fuzeta whenever I want?
Transport for guests of the Houseboat at check in and check out is included in the daily rate. Travelling of any other kind can only be done in accordance with the tidal cycle and must therefore be requested in advance, at an additional cost of €20 (one way) or €30 (return) between 9am and 6pm.
