\nThe confirmation and acceptance of your reservation is subject to a deposit of 100% of the total amount of your fare until 48 hours after the booking. A proof of payment must be sent to info@barcocasa.pt to expedite the process.
\nDocumentation: The necessary documents and information will be requested with the payment.
\nAny bank charges will be paid by the guests.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong>
\nIf the reservation is cancelled until 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit already paid is returned, not being charged any penalty.
\nIn the case of a cancellation after that date, the remaining amount of the reservation will be charged, being penalized in 100% of the value of the reservation.<\/p>\n

CHECK-IN<\/strong>
\nThe check-in times varies with the tides. A calendar is available on the website where you can see all the check-in times. Your check-in times will be sent to you on the Reservation Confirmation e-mail.
\nArriving after the agreed check-in time results in a fee of 50\u20ac per every hour of delay; not abiding the check-in time can prevent the arrival at the Boat House.<\/p>\n

CHECK OUT<\/strong>
\nThe check-out times also varies with the tides. A calendar is available on the website where you can see all the check-in times. Your check-in times will be sent to you on the Reservation Confirmation e-mail.<\/p>\n

The boat must be returned to Novidade Salgada Unipessoal, Lda in the same initial conditions, and the initial inventory will be verified.
\nIn case of delay on the check-out, the renter will be responsible for any expense caused by the that delay. Every hour of delay for the check-out will result in a fee of 50\u20ac, and also the indemnity due to the next renter.<\/p>\n

BARRA VELHA HOUSE BOAT CAPACITY<\/strong>
\nThe Barra Velha House Boat capacity is limited to 10 people: 6 adults and 4 children. A bigger number of adults will not guarantee the best comfort conditions during your stay.<\/p>\n

ILHA DA CULATRA HOUSE BOAT CAPACITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Ilha da Culatra House Boat capacity is limited to 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children. A bigger number of adults will not guarantee the best comfort conditions during your stay.<\/p>\n

BARRA NOVA HOUSE BOAT CAPACITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Barra Nova House Boat capacity is limited to 2 people. A bigger number of adults will not guarantee the best comfort conditions during your stay.<\/p>\n

APTITUDE<\/strong>
\nNovidade Salgada Unipessoal, Lda reserves the rights to deny the entry on the Boat House if the renter do not appear apt to assume their responsibilities. In this case only the fare of the stay will be refunded.
\nThe reservation holder will take charge of the vessel after completing the administrative formalities and receiving all the necessary instructions for the stay.<\/p>\n

COLLATERAL<\/strong>
\nA deposit of 100\u20ac will be charged. This value will be refunded once the stay ends and the boat, its equipment and inventory are returned in proper conditions.<\/p>\n

INSURANCE<\/strong>
\nThe charged fare includes the boat insurance and liability insurance of the renter. It does not include damages\/accidents occurring on board. Regardless, any person aboard is responsible for any damages to third parties, due to inappropriate behaviour, that has no relation with the vessel. Novidade Salgada Unipessoal, Lda is not reliable for damaged or lost items belonging to the renter, inside the vessel or in places under the control of the renter.<\/p>\n

BOAT EQUIPMENT<\/strong>
\nIn the vessel there is a list with the inventory of every item on the boat.<\/p>\n

CHANGES<\/strong>
\nAll costs that are the result of a change (of date or vessel) requested by the renter and accepted by Novidade Salgada Unipessoal, Lda will be in its entirety by the renter. Costs shall be determined based on the Cancellation Policy.<\/p>\n

INTERRUPTIONS OR NAVIGATION RESTRICTIONS<\/strong>
\nNovidade Salgada Unipessoal, Lda will not be responsible for any interruption or restriction of navigation due to reasons beyond their control: works, floods, droughts, or administrative work, etc.
\nIn case of total cancellation before the date of check-in due to interruption or restriction of navigation, 50% of the amount of the rental will be refunded to the client, and the remaining 50% will be applied in a deposit for a new rental for the guests affected by the cancellation, until the end of the current year.<\/p>\n

MALFUNCTIONS<\/strong>
\nNovidade Salgada Unipessoal, Lda offers a free repair service that will assist you with a simple phone call during working hours.
\n– Breakdowns not attributable to the renter
\n– Breakdowns attributable to the renter<\/p>\n

DAMAGES – ACCIDENTS<\/strong>
\nNo claim is possible in case of accident caused by negligence of the renter. The renter must inform the owner immediately about any accident, so they can be given support throughout the repair process.
\nThe renter shall not repair or get repairs done on the damage or malfunctions suffered by the boat.
